Shipping Policy

LPG Clinics Wholesale is a well-established UK-based company selling a wide range of high-quality items. One of our aims as a company is to ensure all our customers can begin using their new purchases as soon as possible (we all know how frustrating it is to have to wait!)

UK SHIPPING

Orders are despatched 7 days a week, the cut off time for a UK next working day service is 6:30pm Monday – Friday, and 5pm Saturday & Sunday.

Selected delivery times are not guaranteed and can be subject to delays with couriers.

£9.99 next working day via DPD/Royal Mail

£7.99 2-3 working day standard delivery via DPD/Royal Mail

£14.99 Pre 1pm delivery via Royal Mail (for orders placed pre 5pm only)

£14.99 Saturday/Sunday Delivery via DPD/Royal Mail

£14.99 – This is a remote shipping charge for areas such as Inverness / Aberdeen. They are sent on a next working day service however please allow 2 working days for delivery.

FREE UK SHIPPING – On all orders over £200 (subtotal).

COLLECTION – If you wish to collect your order, please select collection at checkout & you can collect Monday – Friday between 9am –5pm.

UK BANK HOLIDAYS
LPG Clinics Wholesale offices are closed on Bank Holidays. This means no orders will be processed or delivered within these days. Please ensure your order is sent in advance to ensure delivery when you require.

Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to any Bank Holidays to confirm delivery dates.

Please note: During busy periods such as sales, Bank Holidays, Black Friday, and the Christmas season, there may be delays in dispatch and delivery. Next-day delivery may also be temporarily unavailable during these times.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

LPG Clinics Wholesale is a UK based business, if you are ordering from outside of the UK please ensure that you are aware of the following terms and conditions regarding overseas shipping and import:

We send all international orders on an express service
Shipping rates for each country are calculated at checkout, the price is based on your location, the order value and the weight.
Please allow 5-14 working days for delivery
For USA shipping, please allow 7-9 days.

EUROPEAN ORDERS – VAT will be charged on your order at checkout, this is the collection of import VAT prior to your order being delivered and no extra VAT will need to be paid upon delivery to your shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL excluding EUROPE: If you have NOT paid VAT at checkout, LPG Clinics Wholesale are not liable for any import / duty charges that may occur once in transit, these charges are imposed by your local government. Please check your local government site before purchasing for their rules and costs associated with importing from the UK.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS
If you place an order and reject the shipment due to any additional charges, the item could be destroyed by the courier or it may be returned to LPG Clinics Wholesale.

If the shipment is destroyed, a refund will not be applicable from us. If the items are returned, any costs associated with the return will be deducted from final refunds.

Refunds will only be issued once the items have been received and checked by LPG Clinics Wholesale Ltd.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

LPG Clinics Wholesale Ltd take no responsibility for delays in shipping and delivery of goods, nor any consequential financial loss through delayed or failed delivery. Compensation will not be given for any loss incurred due to failed or late deliveries. We do not take responsibility for any issues with DPD or Royal Mail.

If you receive a faulty, incorrect or missing product, please do not dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of LPG Clinics Wholesale Ltd will not be able to replace or refund the product. If you have a missing product you have 48 hours to report this.

DELIVERY POLICY – Parcels Left Unattended or Stolen

Please note: Any orders that are left outside an address or reported stolen will be subject to an investigation with DPD/Royal mail. An investigation may take up to 14 working days to complete. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds until the investigation is resolved. Please note that shipping insurance covers for items lost or damaged in transit and is not applicable on items stolen after delivery.

LPG Clinics Wholesale Ltd is not liable for any lost or stolen items unless shipping insurance has been selected at the time of ordering. If you do not choose shipping insurance, LPG Clinics Wholesale Ltd cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
